The inconvenience caused due to this can be explained by only those who have experienced this others can't understand. This rule should also be applicable on Two Wheelers. Corporate/ Industries and other than the Delhi Govt. offices must be shifted outside to Delhi to reduce the traffic.
Considering the length of cases in courts that span decades, and in some cases, generations, of which they don't have the slightest shame or concern, these guys want to know the pollution levels in a week, and cannot wait for a mere 15 days.
They can all go on vacation for 15 days, as that wont make any difference to their output anyways.

By the way, if you have better ideas, I am sure you can suggest them to Kejri. But going by your habit (lack of courage) of hiding behind fake names and pointlessly replying to people, I am sure you never be able to conjure up a solution and for ever remain a faceless, gutless, aimless troll on this site.

and as a parting comment for the day, you belong to the category of people that ...
1. Sit in opposition blaming the ruling govt for all problems 2. Blame the oppn, when in power for the problems in the past, without doing anything (at least what was promised to the unfortunate electorate) 3. Repeat point 1 after 5 years 4. Repeat point 2 after 10 years
Foolish Tuglaki Farman, if govt. is serious - finish car allowance of all govt. servants, make flexi working hours and divide the sunday holiday into 7 days of a week.

Well said. Instead of promoting car pooling Kejriwal is indulging in his usual histrionics. Good observation.
