Obama didn't write the letter m0r00n. Some MPs in US did. I am sure Sakshi Maharaj and another 50 BJP & NDA MPs can write a more scathing letter to Obama about the treatment of min0ritties there.

Strengthening the weakest link of the chain increases the strength of the whole chain. And that is the exact purpose of reservations. Just making the strong links stronger will not strengthen the chain.
