Agonies of kingdom lost...
by Suresh Bhave on Feb 27, 2016 11:14 AM  | Hide replies

One can understand the agonies of the beneficiaries of the previous government's rule. That government needed the support of the leftists and created for them well-feathered nests in central universities, IITs, etc. One merely states that as a fact, it was political compulsion and that helped suppress the opposing ideas by branding them regressive and revisionist and worse. Now those suppressed voices are finding expression. That is discomfiting the established intellectuals who grew up in the heyday of Castro, Che and Mao. They have to understand that the hated and derided ideas of capitalism and nationalism are surfacing again, Bastions of leftist philosophy like Russia and China have crumbled within seventy years of their being built. Times change. In Indi, the first government of the hated communalists lasted thirteen days, the next less than five years and now it has come back with clear majority in the Lok Sabha. Notice the trend? Good or bad or ugly, that seems to be the writing on the wall. Rerettably, Mr Mehrotra's age, scholarship and creative genius cannot stop the tide if it turns.

The combination of Capitalism and Nationalism always ends in a destructive war. India's Majority has now chosen this Path. The Minority's duty is to caution. The Karma of not warning is as huge as the Karma of inspiring. The more a Nationalistic State delays imperialism, the more the energy of hate diverts to their own disadvantaged citizens. There is a delight in bloodlust, there is enjoyment in causing pain be it through lathis or by filing cases or in rioting or torture of students. The Wheels of Karma are grinding thick and fast as our entire Continent is being serenaded into an ugly theater of macabre devastation. Even a Nostradamus would not guess the number of innocents who will be sacrificed to satisfy the Demonic Egos of those in charge.

It happened in Atlantis.
Then Harappa.
Then Sumeria.
Then Egypt.
Then Mongolia.
Then Americas, WW1, WW2 and now possibly entire Asia with Russia and Turkey in the mix.

Those who control the Minds of Man are now seeking a harvest of blood by instigating yet another round of conflict.

The Mahatma knew. He gave up his life to prevent this in 1940s but sadly, him and his ilk no longer dwell in this Realm of Existence.

You will receive a flood of disparaging responses for presenting a comment that says that Harappa too belongs to a list of places where innocents were killed !

For, it has always been one of the main efforts of the Sangh Parivar to try and establish (without anything by way of proof) that there were no inward migrations into the sub continent for several millennia before the advent of Ixlamic invaders !

Read the book "The invasion that never was" by Michael Danino. There is no proof of inward migration of the so called mighty "Aryans". The previous comment is written by someone, whose forefathers choose to convert rather stand up and fight. Amen !

Anti National

If he is a poet, he should first read our constitution before making comments. Freedom of expression does come with certain riders. You can not have your cake and eat it also.
