The best mode, and the most transparent, was the one that propelled the Plastics Baron Mr Shailesh Gandhi into the Commission. He has admitted that his name was suggested to Sri Prithviraj Chavan by “a business person in Mumbai”, and hey presto, that disd rthe trick. Things cannot be more transparent than that!
