Are students so unpatriotic
by Manian on Feb 17, 2016 08:19 AM

I am surprised that 8000 strong student community is staging a protest without realizing that attempts are made to divide the country by few misguided student leaders who are anti-nationals and using the college meant for enriching their knowledge in the field of education in to a political and divide india platform. Doesn't JNU have student community who feel what is being done is not in the interest of the country. Very disturbing that such youth are the future of the country

Why AAP hero is keeping quite when anti slogans are coming in his own place. It is better Delhi should be always under Union Territory only. Not by the ruling of CM state.

You are perfectly right, Delhi can never be granted Full state and just for managing corporations it doesn;;t require a Givt. Its a burden and wastage of taxpayer's money.

Some Professors are behind the anti nationals
by NIRJHAR MAJUMDAR on Feb 17, 2016 12:13 AM  | Hide replies

Some Professors of JNU are creating anti nationals. The whole campus is politicised. The students don't know what they are doing. A few of them should immediately be expelled and they should not be allowed to study anywhere in India. Automatically, everything will be set right. Students must understand they can not become heroes like this overnight. Show your heroism by doing something good for the country.

Freedom of Speech - JNU
by t prasad on Feb 16, 2016 11:37 PM  | Hide replies

It is nothing but an hypocratic argument under which some students of JNU are raising anti-national slogans thereby they are supporting the terrorists who are trained in Pakistan and are let loose on India. Since, the University campus is used for raising the anti-national slogans, the Govt must cancel the recognition of the JNU and close the University and rustigate all the students who have organized the event. If let unpunished, it will leads to a civil war in this country. Arrest all the political class who are supporting these traitors.

Reflection of JNU
by crusaderzz on Feb 16, 2016 11:06 PM

The mindset of the students showing solidarity towards those who spoke antinational statements and incited violence and destruction of the question raises a larger question. What kind of professors does this University have? I guess that needs re-visiting, because the very thought process of these students is wrong. Instead of complaining to the concerned authorities of the antinational statements, these guys choose to enjoy and encourage those stating them??
