What if Headly said that you are a Bastarddd ? Would you commit suicide OR shoot your Father ?
This is nt first time headlly has said about ishrat. He had ggiven same statement to FBI in USA in2010, than again in 2013 when an investigation team whent to interrogate him in2013 during Congress rule. After all a terrioist is killed so why sicularist are crying so much. Do they want to say that they wouuld have been happy had she been successful in her mission to kill Modi. Secularism = Deshdhrow. Ishrat case and openly conducting ANTINATIONAL activities proves that
Headley has never said anything about the nature of the encounter , since he knows nothing of this. So Mr Vanzara may be celebrating too early.The only thing Headley seems to know is that Ishrat may have been a LET operative. True or false, this fact does not help Mr Vanzara , unless he can overturn the SIT's body of evidence.
Headley is taking and will take everyone for a ride through his statements, because he knows he would be spending his next 30 years in prison. he will be giving many statements in the next few days, so that he gets all the best facilities behind bars. will his testimony against masood or other isi officers who plotted the terror attacks against India will be taken seriously by pakistan? nothing would come out of this trial via video. its just a eye wash.
Headley as a witness is unreliable and his testimony might not stand scrutiny. He did not name the girl but just affirmed when giving many names to chose from. His account cannot be taken as evidence against ishrat jehan.

Whether this can used as testimony,but what is important is all false insuniations have been proved baseless.All these people who kept on barking all along,should be sued for their falsehood.
