There is no rule of law in India as the world came to know last week that both the Karnataka state and Central government refusing the order of highest court of this land Supreme court in the Cavary water dispute.
Respected Sir, Kaveri river related issue,Please Re-select river committee ,it should not include recommendation by any-state any-person even TN,Karnatak,Puducherry & Kerala,because Karnataka especially Bangaloriens are facing drinking water problems,its just SC judges sanctimoniously,intentionally, issuing orders,please give priority to the highly developing cities to face international competition of the country.

As the Karnataka state has not obeyed the Supreme court order in the Kaveri water dispute,the Court must have had dismissed the ruling Karnataka government would have given fear to other states to disobey any court orders.Because of the helplessness of the Supreme court embolden the Modi government also to disobey the Supreme court order in same case.It seems ,henceforth no one in India will obey the any court orders.Thanks to both PM Modi and Karnataka state to tarnish the image of India on rule of law in the world.

Its not fair my dear friend,do you know kaveri river unjustification order & judgement its not able to follow also,before when blame somthing just go through whole history of Kaveri river water,first of all SC order & judgement included in correption,karnataka people die here but you are saying court order,please don't do this type of mistake mr.Balkrish????....
See BCCI how they dishonouring Justice Lodha Committee recommendation to clean BCCI which is controlled by the people who are in power and abusing their positions. Modiji may not be in a position to control Anurag Thakur.

SC issuing unjustified order & Judgement,its basically violation of our Fundamental rights of the country,That means Judges they doe's no what is our fundamental rights concepts,we should teach to the supreme court what our right through voilation unjustified Judgments & orders issuing authority of the country.

why blame SC, high courts are much worse off, letting people like shahabuddin, salman khan, jayalalitha, laloo escape jail by their respective clouts
Basically supreme court itself doing lot of mistakes & when issuing order,Judgment does't care about Fundamental rights of the country,please when compare to other country SCmaking lot of mistakes in Judicial protion,please set them all correptiong Judicial Bycot who are involved this activities,we should respect to the constitution,Fundamental right of the citizens on the country.
In my country lawyers and judges unnesserrily delays even family partition suite cases. Which leades more problem in family Judges should direct the lawyers to submit paper all together and finalise instead of on of days which a lawyers always does for his income . This practice should be banned and banned such lawyers

Many a times lawyers deliberately delays the cases, and there are some cases which are prolonged up to the next generations. Now a days, to get dates for hearing is also very difficult, government shall take some initiative and try to resolve small cases in separate courts.
