Strict action should be taken against project delays because that puts the feasibility of the cost out of order.Like in railways no project has been completed on time and at the same time new projects are announced,which leads to misuse of funds.Good step by the P.M hope it is strictly followed up
New Work culture requires discipline,dedicated mindset,honesty and these 3 can not exist when caste & community based reservation in education & govt.jobs is present or should say sprawling.
Today reservation as above is shortcut to earn money,mostly through bribe,harass common men and start threatening the complainants when these unjustified beneficiaries are asked to work honestly,in disciplined manner.
Deficiency and accuracy both can not be achieved together.Courageous decisions which may be politically dangerous,needs to be taken by all political parties if nation has to prosper inclusively and promptly.

THE FOOLISH INDIAN PUBLIC IS ACCOUNTABLE .. FOR THEMSELVES .
there are foolish educated Indians who are doctors / engineers / etc who travel by trains -- and throw all garbage inside when they travel .. AND say stations are not getting cleaned .
there are people who spit everywhere and say this is my freedom but will say THERE IS NOT PROPER CLEANING DONE BY GOVT .
So mR A A -- u R ALSO ASKING THE SAME QUEATION .AND THE ANSWER IS U ARE ACCOUNTABLE for many issues related to the PM 1--- one is swatch bharat -- other is 2--- NA khaunga na khane dunga 3--- gas subsidy cancel if u earn well 4-- pay U r taxes 5---- Invest U r money in banks and not gold or purchase gold bonds .6-- Donate for the benefit of poor .7---- DO your work without any caste or refrence favourism . for sahishnu ta .. tolerance ..

Dear Parmar -Governance has 3 elements, 1. Govt. servants. 2. Politicians 3. Judicial/Police-in India none of them is accountable, only people are who are paying taxes.

SOLUTION TO ALL PROBLEMS IS THERE - BUT- MEN WITH FREEDOM OF SPEECH/FREEDOM OF EXPRESSIONS OF PROTESTS/FREEDOM OF ANYTHING ( SINGING WITH AEROPLANE'S PA SYSTEM) MURDER ALL! INCOMPETENT MEN HAVE OCCUPIED POSITIONS AND HIS BOSSISM CANT BE SURPASSED! TEAM SPIRIT /SENSE OF TIMING/ CONCEPTS ON COST / AIMS FIXED / SERVICES NEEDED ARE ALL HALF HEARTED! CONSTANT WATCHING/MONITORING IS NEEDED!
