One family that destroyed India's chance to be great power.
by ashish tiwari on Feb 15, 2016 01:48 AM  | Hide replies

1n 1947 Nehru gifted half of kashmir to pakistan and pakistan is sending terrorists daily as a return gift from POK camps.

Then Nehru gifted Tibet to china and the permanent membership of security council.. and china sent a return gift and beat him black and blue in 1962.

Then in 1971 zulfikar ali bhutto fooled Indira and ran away with 93000 POWs in return of hollow promise of peace.

Finally Rajeev was fooled by Srilankan president Jayawardhana and India sent its army to kill our own Tamil brothers across the sea.

Finally we had Sonia and Manmohan who looted 12 lakh crore in coal spectrum and games and looted widows of our myrtrs in adarsh scam.

Now this dynasty has produced Vadra and Rahul baba. Fromer is looting land while ther other is busy supporting terrorists and casteism in students to weaken this country.

One single dynasty has destroyed our chances ...we do not stand a chance against pakistan in the long run ..forget china

Tiwari, I am surprised to see your knowledge of history & politics of that era. First, in 1947-48, when the Kashmir issue cropped up Lord Mountbatten was the common Governor General ( GG) & arbitrator of/ between India & Pakistan, thus in the case of disputes between these two nations the final say qqwas that of the GG, thus Nehru could not decide the fate of Kashmir. Regarding Tibet, when China occupied it, the only alternative left for India/Nehru was to attack China in 1949. What happened to India in the 1962 war, would have happened in 1949. Now your statement that Nehru helped China to become a permanent member of the UNO. For your information UNO charter offered permanent membership(pm) in 1945 to those 5 nations which fought the war against Germany, Japan. These 5 nations were Great Britain,USA, the then Soviet Union, France & China. Nehru had no say in making China a pm of UN. Later when China in 1949 became a communist nation, & US favourite Chiang ka shek ran away to Taiwan & formed a govt there & called it Republic of China( ROC), US used its clout to make ROC a pm of UN. In 1945 when the 5 above nations became pm, India was not a free nation & was under British colonial rule, & the question of Nehru offering China the post of pm of UN is filled with ignorance. My suggestion to you is read the world history written by honest reputed historians, & not those written by the "chaddi brigade", which has only one motto &a

China has stolen a march over us
by Sheetal Kaur on Feb 08, 2016 01:01 AM  | Hide replies

China is stealing everything, China is way ahead of India although both got their independence at the same time.
There was a time when we looked at the manufacturers plate on a product it use to say MADE IN JAPAN. Now it says MADE IN CHINA.
India does not even dare to say MADE IN INDIA, on any of its product,
China is investing billions in indian industry, It has taken over construction industry in East Africa. and where does India stands. Once Indira Gandgi said WE HAVE MISSED AND LOST BIG TIME ON INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION, AND WILL NOT MISS OUT ON ELECTRONIC REVOLUTION.
So far nothing worth while is seen coming out of India , except CORRUPTION and CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES.
Now Don't blame all on Governments.

work like Kezriwal who is working hard and enjoying Banglore climate in a facility like five star hotel in the name of yoga practice and curing of cough. but he did not find time to even wear shoes when he was going to attend President House .
if Modi start behaving like drammebaz Kezriwal , Kezri's followers would be more happy if one does nothing but pose too much. i,e by putting muffeler around and wearing only sweater In the party where French President was the chief guest.

Kejriwals party is called AAM AADMI PARTY and he dresses like AAM AADMIi. Nearly 60% of Indian can't afford shoes.
Just like Gandhi said when he wore a Dhoti to a Conference in London and was advised to wear a suit. Hs Answer was HOW WOULD THEY KNOW THAT HIS COUNTRY HAS BEEN LEFT IN POVERTY BY THE VERY PEOPLE WHOSE CONFERENCE HE IS ATTENDING.
Same applies here How will any one know that he Kejriwal is an AAM AADMI.

have not stolen march. Indian crooks in governance refused to allow the country to march. They found it easier to take commissions and import, and park the commissions overseas.

It was and is better to import because our people can barely build a boat that floats and an aircraft that flies. The problem is that even importing wasn't done properly. Everything and everyone in India comes with a price tag

Trading nation
by Aftab on Feb 03, 2016 05:04 PM  | Hide replies

India historically is a trading nation. We have learned manufacturing in last 60 years and are at par with developed countries. What we lack is conducive environment for research and patenting. Moreover the joy pride and money in living in a PHOREN country has led to high degree of brain drain.
All this has drastically reduced our pace of growth and self reliance.

UPA was rejected and you were given sound majority. Instead of buying a bullet train , the one lakh crore could have been used to buy one submarine.
