yes she struggled a lot to get top, that is called never give hope, all must learn, success comes only after struggle, power , position, if it comes without struggle ,freely then you cant hold on to it, it is very very cold, or very very hot, handling is difficult even in private organistion you have to work hard to climb ladder, like mistry if you sit at tata board you cant be successful
