It's not only Money, It's the Image that matters
by Varun on Dec 23, 2016 08:51 AM

Do you guys think there is only one thief in TN and the rest of the state is as pure as river Kaveri?, strongly NOT. The party got worried after so much of wealth is digged in and more worried as to what is next for them, as more and more wealth is out, the worse and worse their image gets spoilt as a political party in the eyes of the common public

Nevertheless, it is foolish to ask for prior permission when the whole nation is getting raided day and night and so much of wealth is getting unearthed. These guys must stop watching only movies and start watching some news also

who whispered the idea of demonetisation into the komaaaaalis ears - Shaktikanda Das (economic affairs secretary) - could be cowering in fear as to what the komaaaaali might do to him if the BJP does not win the U.P election !

Poor man, how could he have known that the komaaaali would jump at and swallow his advise hook, line and sinker without a second thought and perhaps against his advise for due preparation ?

Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi make a truly comic pair, don't they ??

One a dynasty clown and the other a development clown !

Both make comic speeches, comic gestures, comic statements to the press and keep at it without having any idea of their limitations in understanding complex issues such as many aspects of the economy, human development, equitable development, preservation of the environment, sustainable development, etc !!

They make truly comic pair indeed !

Truly made for one another !

RBI
by Prem Jain on Dec 23, 2016 08:07 AM  | Hide replies

This is certainly horrific to note that RBI has not yet been asked by any one as to how it is that new currency worth crores is being seized every where in the nation, when the withdrawal limits are in force and no individual or an institution can legally withdraw such huge currency. RBI is not responding to this alarming situation. The opposition is busy in criticising the Modi only. How will it help.

This is utter nonsense from the spokesperson of the AIADMK, and it is unfortunate that respected media like rediff give space to such nonsense like this.

Raids on secretariats
by Shriniwas Kelkar on Dec 23, 2016 05:53 AM  | Hide replies

Let us assume that 'to protect the constitution' the IT deparment informs the state government about the future raids well in advance. Then what happens? All the filth is removed within minutes 'democratically?'

I can understand - I Know Tamilians Far too Well
by Desert Bangalore on Dec 23, 2016 04:13 AM  | Hide replies

Tamilians are just like Jammu & Kashmir citizens - They consider themselves to be a Separate Entity & Above The Nation - They address North Indians as "Hindi Kaaran & Hindiwallahs" !!

They are Highly Regional & Hate Other Indian Languages while considering their own Language as if it has Descended from The Heavens & Higher than Sanskrit also - L0L !!

You will be Ill Treated, Cheated and Misled if you speak in any other Language in Tamil Nadu other than Tamil !!

They are Virtual Bigots and don't care for any other Human beings and Yes - They are Highly Venomous & Jealous of Prosperous people.

(1)Tamilians consider themselves a distinct race (Dravidians, different from the Aryans of the North). However, comparison with J&K is not apt.
(2)They consider Tamil to be the most ancient and evolved language. They were able to get the classical language status for Tamil even before Sanskrit. They successfully blocked the status for Kannada and Telugu for a long time.
(3)While Tamilians consider all the Northerners as Hindiwallahs, the people of North refer to all Southerners as Madrasis. So the honours are even!
(4) The cheating by Tamil rickshaw wallahs, porters and shop keepers is notorious, but what about the same treatment which outsiders receive in Delhi?
