Modi must feel this situation too, no one including him has brought any strict disciplinary norms for politicians in public life. EC and SC as usual remain silent. Greater need after demonetisation is bring drastic reforms in working of Govt. i.e. Babus service condition where suspected corrupts and non performed are retired early plus political reforms. It appears Modi is afraid of both.
