only owner of the picture hall come into the picture but most corrupt persons who are really liable to punish but let of because they are govt babu how we feel court would give fare decision.

Correct, its only the big name...thousands of people in other departments are responsible of thousands of accidents in India for thousnads of death and unrecoverable injuries go un-noticed and unpunished...bring them to justice too.
