Me Firdaus tumko kabhi koi baat sahi ya aachi lagti bhi hai ya apne hi gathia aur nimn vichar rediff main fekath rehete ho. Aur rediff in sab kachre ko jama karta rehata hai.

Exactly, these are PERFECT laws for a country like India where none of us follow the rule unless fear is instilled in our minds. Absolutely agree with you. We are not a matured society neither a matured democracy, we still are uncivilised & care two hoots for any rule unless there is strong deterrent.
