I keep thinking why even govt itself uses words like dalit , harijan etc.. for vote bank ?? If needed to be categorized it should be based on financial positions of individual. Like BPL. Above BPL etc.

Why he is too much blaming the system in government. Corporate companies are in white collar Job employee not giving House plus Rs. 23000 salary per month for their engineer. Government is giving better salary on the lowest Job that what is not happening in private sector which accounts more than 90% jobs in India. Private sector Job Policy is worst to exploit employee & labor cannot be tolerate in India Media must do Salary survey in private sector Jobs then Sunil will come to know more qualified people getting less CTC then Sunil on Lowest Job profile. Everyone in India must get the same salary as government employee is requirement of time in India to finish exploitation.

hanks for your efforts to upgrade education level. Do more hard work and come out and give substantial assistance to your known colleague to get better opportunity to come to level of normal public at large.
