good idea but not practical unless the heart needs to be transported from one air force station to another. I don't think this needs to be done to garner goodwill. Our armed forces always have our goodwill. And in case of Kashmir or Nagaland or Mizoram, or say where there are even states that are inimical to Central govt like Delhi, Bihar and West Bengal whatever you do you are never going to get goodwill. These are the states where the local govts support separatists.
in this country 7/10 children die at child birth and/or before they reach 6 due to infant malnutrition, starvation and hunger and people steal kidneys of poor and abandoned by home adults and put them onto rich folks.
Now this author is talking about using fighter jets to transport those same stolen kidneys.
I dont believe in a g2d but if there is a G3d even he must be thinking what kind of humans he has created.

You are never going to get Kanhaiya Kumar's goodwill. or say Arundhati Roy, or Brinda Karat, Barkhin Dutt, or Office ;-) Saeed.
Should be used for defense of the country only. At the same time there is nothing to prevent private companies starting supersonic transport service for this purpose
In a country where infants are dieing due to carelessness of Medical staff(graft is also a reason, remember Rs 30 bribe) you are asking IAF to pitchin for organ transfer!!
