The other day, this lady slapped a current Rajya Sabha MP for speaking ill of her leader ... and today she calls him a gentleman. And says one of her own leaders slapped her ... and that she is being forced to resign her Rajya Sabha seat. Wonderful Indian politics!

Member of Parliament beating another member is really a very sorrowful plight of Indian democracy.Members supposed to be custodians of leslative business getting into a brawl before the eyes of every one in public is not a matter of happiness and that to if one of the member happens to be a lady.Her party dispelling her from the primary membership is good or bad is not an issue that needs any discussion.The manner in which the incident took place in public view needs condemnation by one and all irrespective political affiliation.Chairman Rajyasabha has rightly assured protection to the Member in her safety.

@ Mitesh : She wishes to serve the people of India and has not come to Rajya Sabha for any other purpose> Sounds that she is a perfect candidate for Congress.

Politicians of TN as well as media people could understand or guess the situation. Whatever be as to why she slapped in Public another senior MP - for 20 years
