All this about boosting ties is humbug. Modi is not the first Indian PM to talk to the US congress and what great happened when the earlier times when five before Modi , spoke? Nothing great.This is all unwanted publicity. also, what is Modi going to Talk in US so soon after his last trip? If he has to achieve something, why cant he speak on the phone and get the work done?He is wasting Indian tax payers money by taking a chartered plane.
