the government of kenya should consider the tusks as property of the State and sell it and the proceeds can be used to better the life of Kenya's poor, implement welfare measures and further develop their poor economy.

If supply is abundant, poaching may come down. 100 ton can may be sold legally government and the proceeds can go to strengthening of anti poaching activities or elephant conservation.

Do not agree. If you utilise the Ivory then your creating a demand in the market for the product which creates a chain of events and more poaching happens. So its a right decision by Kenyan authorities.
