Modi and Shah's arrogance cost them there. And people respected the show of humility by AK and Nitish. But now Del is a disaster. Won't say same for Bihar though. I just hope Nitish manages Lalu. Nitish is a good CM unlike AK. But Modi has learnt his lesson and u can see it in some policy decisions over the last quarter.
