Whether there is rainbow combination or not ,Amma will be the next CM no doubt about it.The so called captain will not even get two digit seats.Last time he had alligned with ADMK and hence got 29 seats. Though Vaigo is a good orator he can get votes from people.Because PMK is contesting alone,votes will be divided and ultimately Jaya will be the winner.The people have no choice other than DMK and ADMK.That is their destiny!
As long as free food, rice and other items are there no fear. Only middle and upper middle class people will die by paying taxes and affected by inflation.
Price rise does not seem to be a no issue for this election. All parties speak as well as people speak more about corruption and prohibition agst present rulers. There is no transperancy in this govt. CM issues only statements and the ministers never open their mouth. Courts have condemned the govt many times but no reply was made either by CM or its officials. Mostly very evasive/unspecific replies used to be given from the govt. Lots of PIL were filed agst the govt. Even central ministers have condemned the CM for their inability to meet the CM even for official purposes. GDP of TN used to be next to Maharashtra and always above India's GDP whereas this year it has come down nearly 50% of previous years. Seems to be more crimes and honour killing. For many things the govt has no reply whereas claims as achievements about petty matters. Even the major opposition party cannot claim that they are better than the incumbent. As there is no good THIRD alternate, people are constrained to support either of them.

Pretty good anaysis by WILSON chandran. But people will vote for ADMK because the party is not communal whereas the other main opposition DMK is highly communal as the party works against a particular religion.

Did they destroy any temples? Di they prevent any one from going to temples. Fringe elements did some isolated attacks against some caste people. Many religious people are members of DMK.

Vijayakanth will empty the state coffers with free this and free that. He is an emotional leader and a big mouth. If there is one leader i will vote against, it will be Vijayakanth. He has no honor and no foresight. He acts for today irrespective of the fact where it will lead us in the next 3 - 4 yrs.
