Such highly irresponsible behaviour of the MP is not at all acceptable! and he should be suspended from the Parliament for ONE. WEEK and his salary for same should be deducted. Police should have arrested him instead of giving him roses.

 BJP Leader should follow rule

As per my understanding BJP leader should follow the Elected GOVT rule. He should also drive car with licence and vehicle insurance
