The Central Government is not aware of the ground realty which is that there is no atmosphere for higher studies in the valley.How can the students concentrate on their studies when they are living in fear of death and being raped by the Kashmiris. The guardians should take up the matter with the ministry and also launch an agitation for shifting the NIT outside Kashmir as early as possible.
