this debate is needless. what is more important for the women activits is to see, record and act on the thousands and thousands of atrocities being done on the bahus by the saas and vice versa; the torture and rape being done as a matter of course daily in the households on women. that is a matter of national concern; not the puja of gods but the puja of women in our household. why the women in this country think of their daughters only while thinking of daughters in laws as some cattle bought from market?
