One Vemula hangs him, It is central Govt, rather PMO, one Ikhlaq dies, it is Modi, One Pawan Narang dies, nobody, hundreds of persons dies, nobody. and there are hundreds of such incident happening in India , where NOBODY is the main culprit. But we are happy with this. It is not political parties, it is we who gives our political masters to score points for nothing. WE have fix responsibility within ourselves before pointing fingers.
Its a very bad habit of every political party. IN this sort of grave accident, all parties should unite, investigate the matter and punish the culprit,.. Its surprising that, in left ruling the tender was passed, work done in TMC's ruling and even after years together it took for building a bridge in Kolkata... Shame... Really shame for all India.
But inauguration of the bridge...protocol of the plaque...etc etc are necessary for the MP and the Govt officials but would not take the responsibility....
It appears that construction region has not been barricated. Also road covered upto 70 to 80 % by bridge only which is also not appropriate form environment point of view .How this wide design of bridge passed without even barricade which resulted loss of lives.Shame on system and our technical level.
It is not proper to jump to the conclusion unless a thorough investigation is made. The fault can occur at several levels like improper design, defective centering, bad quality of concrete, human error in error while casting etc. Let the experts find out the cause. I think Jadavpur university panel is the best to find this out. If blame game is not started by political parties it is a sign of maturity.
It does not matter who awarded the contract but the onus certainly lies on whose supervision ,the flyover was being built Nobody whether present govt. nor company can shrug off their responsibility.Had it been completed as desired, would Mamta's TMC have given credit to left which actually had signed contract?
