Sanjay is not a criminal. What he did was a mistake, any one will do;only to buy an AK56,to protect himself. Is this such a grave crime? If so indian judicial system is to be revamped. When dreaded criminals, like Davood is leading a life of luxuary, what can this judiciary do? nothing.
Sanjay Dutt should have been spared and his prison term ended right now. All he done was in boy hood and not as matured person. Person get away by paying to the Judges bribe money. See Lallu Prasad Yadav sentenced for 5years in jail. Even the High court declined his bail. But SC gave him the bail. Why? Are Judges are less qualified, if so they should be dismissed from service. Then there are others as well. So Sanjay Dutt has not approached the judges with money, if done that he would have been a free man. This Democracy is for rich people and not Honest ones. Thanks democracy.
It was totally a shameless act on the part of Markaney Katju who should have very well known the fact as a senior Ex. Supreme Court Judge that Sanjay Dutt is very fortunate to go away with lighter punishment compared to the offence he committed under arms act. He is also lucky to have all the facilities of parole, furlough etc which is not available to other prisoners who don't have influence, and finance to get the best legal .Justice Katju as an ex justice of Supreme Court should have respected the wisdom, of his one time fellow justice who has gone into details before sentencing Sanjay Dutt five years imprisonment. He should have shown respect to the judiciary before advocating for one convict.

Sanjay should have protested to Katju for sponsoring his case without his permission.

"Dutt was convicted in 2007... and sentenced to five years rigorous imprisonment. Dutt had spent 18 months in jail in 1996 after his arrest.
In May 2013, the actor surrendered... Count the months he has spent inside - should be 5yrs x12mths = 60 mths 60 mths - 18 mths (spent in 1996) = 42 mths remaining If he surrendered in May 2013, he should be free only in Nov 2016 and not in Feb 2016. Am I missing something here ???

Do you think the wisdom of our SC judges also superior? Then you are a mere block head. Can you say that banning sunscreen from vehicles and that only for the public, while the judges has the luxuary of using it in their vehicles an act of these men of this superior WISHDOM?
