hi, this entire system of voicing your discontent on a particular subject whichever religion we believe in, is very terrorising. people are objecting to the making of Tipu sultan on the ground that he was a tyrant, which happened long ago, but what is happening now. the same principal is being followed and because of one person/s, dislike, towards the subject, the population of the entire country must follow. please grow up. You say you are born in the country of Ram , but behave like Ravana, this is pathetic.

In the name of secularism, why are you supporting tyrannical murderers in this country? That is not secularism. His army of elephants trampled Hindus.FROM THE ABOVE ARTICLE
Ladies and gentlemen of our country, welcome to the beginning Talibanization of the beloved country...get ready to give up all your freedoms from now on. Now somebody else will decide fro you what is good or bad and who is a good person and who isn't...and who was a patriot and who was a tyrant. Now u do not have the right to any choice...get ready to suffer all that we have reviled and feared in the Middle East... From this day on, "freedom" is a forgotten word available in the dictionary (wonder how long that will remain there too?) and we will not have any right to it...and all this in less than a year and a half of BJP rule...

yes u r right mr. sasanka. these slipper wearing Neta's who don't even know who was their grandfater and came to teach about freedom fighter. first of all to better knowledge to the country of people is the Bjp the Rss was not took part in freedom fighting. they were dalal of british govt.
Why is it that Rajnikanth only is targeted to do this move, why not Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan? No one would object and their superstardom would carry even this movie through box office
Every Indians should know the truth of Tipu sultan from his birth at 1753 up to his death in 1799. Who was the Historians, Politicians supported these historians, who gave wrong information to the Public? This will be one more case of Subhas Chandra Bose. May be everyone should re-write their history exams in their schools.
Both looted the people in their domains as though it was their right, both ruled as absolute monarchs (which by itself is barbarianism and which ought not to be remembered today as anything more than barbarianism of those times) and both made laws to suit their individual interests more than those of the commoners they ruled.
There was hardly any king or emperor in history - whether hyndu, muxlim, chrittin or any other - who deserves much of respect from todays generations. Each of them ought to be seen merely as the creation of the times they lived in. People of today owe nothing at all in any way to the so called kings and emperors of history.

So, you would also say both Ram and Ravan were equal No human can be more negative then you
I completely agree with Rajaji. NCERT & media are comletely sold out to foreign funds & media houses. Do not believe what is taught as HISTORY in schools.(clerk factories of BRITISH)
Name - Books - Realthing Nehru - Chacha - in reality?????? Indira - Durga - in reality???? Tipu Sultan - Secular - Tyrant Veera pandiya kattabomman - Fighter against British - In reality If you mention any name and their personification in various books and in actual they were not fit for this sort of hype which traits they never had. It is equivalent to todays media hyping unnecessarily worthless guys/gals just because they want higher TRP by which they can be in business in a better way than their competitors. There is a tamil thirukkural which says "Whatever Words heard through anybodys mouth; Go for the actual meaning of what it was and not the literal word meaning". Finally it comes to that. Conveniently in the history books actual things are not written manytimes due to various reasons/pressure.
