If so why should the govts have dry days and stop alcohol sales ? Why not those who have used name of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Goddess Bhavani not sell meat and alcohol opposite the pandal of Lalbaug and other areas ? People who have politicised our great leaders and gods are now showing up they are no less devil with their evil mind. A seven day plaster of paris idol is not from heaven but man made and crores collected and made to believe spiritual is now empty that it is not shudra in life but shudra in thoughts and preaching more worse. Let our society understand who is really worth respecting. No terror of goondasim and might to teach people about civilisation.

this does not bring any peace or harmony ...only shows anarchy of the richer Jain community and shows how our politicians on one hand will give them reservation and the other ban meat just cause the Jains dont like it...all for money

Mr. vishal. what do you mean.No one can force anything on anyone. Don't use big words like peace and harmony to hide your narrow mindness.Lets not burst crackers on Diwali then. Put a ban on colours on holi. The list will go on. This ban is absurd.
