If you study the child hood days of rapists, you may find MOST of them were brought up without any moral instructions from neither home or school(if they went to school). So this lack of moral education (i.e.respecting elderly people, women,public property etc) and love scenes with scantly dressed females from movies really kindle the criminal mind of many such people. The only way is to start educating young people at home and school the basics of decency and better behavior.Better police patrolling and psychological test on taxi drivers etc may help reduce incidents.

If somebody talks about giving moral education, he is termed as moral police and running hindutva agenda.Such is the level of hypocrisy in India

Why INDIAN People so much interested in outsiders,...Some times Singer from PAK come to India and forgot to back to their Country,.... Now Sunny.... I dont see any good things in her acting.... ANd now she is not returning BACK...This is INDIA..... People eat here saty here but use sheets about India
How U become a celebrity is more important than ad U pose for or comments given on it. Filthier the comment more people will read and more comments on it and more famous U grow like celebrity from 'Big Boss'. This culture ----- will ruin the decent Indian culture.

Agree a 100%. We forget bigger issues that are hurting the nation and focus on trivial issues like these, while china and Pakistan make our lives difficult for the innocent civilians.
