Secular sickness

This can never improve so long as India has to tolerate Owaisi n Gilani n many like these trying to damage the peace in India and the development of Minority Moslems. Instead of preparing for the society these type of guys prepare them into negativism, stone throwers n all adverse. Intolerant people like these are trouble makers!!

Point of Reference study
by on Nov 06, 2015 09:24 AM  | Hide replies

It is time that a Demographic studies and Population studies expert (not JNU or lepht kind of an expert a neutral and purely academic and research perspective) comes out with an authentic book on demographics in West bengal, Bihar, Assam, UP, Telangana State and Jam and Kasmir of India and Pakisthan. This must be a point of reference book. This book must use only available census data and no primary data. This will help define secularism, strategies for uniting diversified Indian society, Defining Foreign Policy about our neighbour and our work in UNO etc. This is the need of the hour. Hopefully some Demogriphics and Population studies expert will take it up. In these days of technology this kind of book can be done in just 10 days time.

FORGOT TO MENTION: data shall be as far as possible from 1850 onwards. Later this book can be extended to include population of remaining states in India and Bangladesh, Indonesia which makes it a comprehensive point of reference book.

DADRI HYPERBOLIC COVERAGE
by CADPAG on Nov 03, 2015 01:56 PM

Some Indian media, controlled by businessmen, politicians, govt. bureaucrats, are facing criticism for biased, motivated reporting, and selective presentation. Recently, after the devastating Earth quake in Nepal on 25 April 2015, in spite of India helping, tweets from Nepal trended effectively saying, "Go home, Indian Media".[34] Journalists cover Businessmen, Filmstars & other Intentional topics more for TRP. Disturbed by corruption, Delhi chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal suggested on 3 May 2015 to have public trial of Indian Media.[35][36][37] On 8 May 2015, I & B Minister, Arun Jaitley echoed similar saying "Flood of channels but dearth of facts".[38][39] Off late a lot of mainstream media channels have been accused of printing and telecasting unverified and biased news which they retracted later. In few instances content from Twitter's parody accounts were cited as a source. Indian mainstream media has often been accused for showing sensationalized news items

DADRA was a small incident which was inflated by Media & UP Govt to take political gain. Why UP Govt is protecting cow slaughter. Media is also silent on this issue.they only raise it as Hindu intolerance but how other community dare to slaughter cow. After highlighting the small incident they make then national & international issue to defame Modi & India.

Intellectuals like Ram Kelkar write some 'nonsense' without knowing the ground realities; they base all their views on the 'nonsense' being vended by the corrupt media here.
