This step is neither good for women nor good for Air force. Everything happens in our country for name and vote bank. I am asking, If any women pilot will be caught by enemy, what will happen? Again, According to Air force chief, women are not fit biologically, how now U turn?

Nalini ji with time we have to change. i don't think there is any difference between male and female employees in any field, be it civil aviation, IT sector, railways, or any other field. And i don't think that women are not biologically not fit. I think women are fully focussed and sincere. Secondly its male dominated society, so for some people its difficult to digest that women are equally intelligent and strong enough to take responsibilities.

Should we see politics in each and every move of government. If govt refuses to do so we all make hue and cry that govt is anti women if they do again hue and cry what will happen if they captured by the enemy.Unfortunately we Indians want sit in our comfort zone and only criticise. All policies are not for vote bank.
Good, they will be equally considered, but what material change will come in bravery, war is fought to win not with women or men, whosoever is better. All such issues are politics-not requirement.
Our Prime Ministera nd defense minsitry are fully aware that we must guard our boundary in western northern and easter region. Our Western neighbor frequently disturb Indian People in border........ Instead of woman combat fighters,...we need solid woman battalions to support augment, mobilse and partake with BSF and if need be with army....... Woman combat fighters pilots presently is costly proposition... No aircraft nor enough fighter squadrons, Imported Fuel Role is very limited as most of the present and past 10 years fighters(any) pilots have retired without facing war....... Woman combat ground forces with BSF and Army dies make sense, logic and relevant under present scenario....
