The propagandists are your own men, who do little on the ground but are expert in spreading hatred by their foul mouths and are giving offensive and crude statements now and then. The deafening silence of the prime minister who otherwise is eloquent on everything, is further aggravating the situation and giving message that all are happening under his patronage. An environment is being created to terrorise others. In our democratic country everybody has right to protest. Returning awards has no violence in it; only writers are suffering for it and nobody else.
