Was it started by China or India, we think, Nehru advisors were misleading him, our brave Jawans fought without arms, proper clothes and support. It was big mistake.
In retrospect there is no doubt Nehru wanted to be ever popular. He was one of the promotors of non-aligned countries. He had been the PM for over 14 years and had a negative Balance Sheet. He still suffered from self-popularity. He became an egotist. The armed forces still had the armaments from the 2nd World War. The soldiers became sitting ducks. We felt sorry for the state of affairs and raised funds to help the war efforts but to got no gratitude. That was Nehru!
Panchsheel Principles , made us vulnerable in the world, talks of weak country for peace is considered cowardice and punished, so was it. We ignored Tibbet's call and was punished later for ditching Tibbet and still suffering , how long will it go on ?
