The world does it at will.The latest being Russian strikes against ISIS in Syria.They do not seek any bodys permission for their just purpose then why India is shying away to take corrective steps to safeguard their souverenity.
Forget the Mumbai attacks. What about the present? 4 soldiers have just been killed by terrorists in Kashmir. There is a bunch of camps just across the LoC. How long will India tolerate this situation?
(I am not suggesting air strikes but sooner or later we have to somehow tackle the problem at the source.)
