Even those who cannot speak English are referred to as 'vernacular' or 'vernacs'. The reason is stress on Westernization instead of modernization. The tribals are atleast preserving a part of the Indian culture. Very few educated Indians can claim to do that. All Indian languages are more meritorious and developed compared to English. So those who donot speak their own mother tongues shud ideally be looked down upon.

There is a tendency to consider people from rural areas and villages as semi-intelligent and foolish. This is wrong. These people may be slow but no fools. They meed respect.

When it comes to reservation, 80% positions are snatched by Meenas only. No correction by any govt.
