I saw the video clip of the episode.Unfortunate, only ego was the main reason of the conflict.Everybody knows that the Minister is answerable to the public. The S.P.should follow the order of minister and should leave the venue.Such a type of incidents drew sharp reactions in social media which should be avoided--Janak Jaggi

Women are privileged class in India, whatever they say is correct, men do not have any respect.
The public spat between the Haryana Minister and the IPS Officer is undesirable and could have well been avoided. In a democratic polity, an elected representative and a minister has precedence over officials, whether it is an officer of the all India service or the state cadre. Neither the media nor the opposition seems to be aware of this fact. On the slightest pretext, these two pounce on anyone who is a prey to them.
If they do not honour the Minister - senior to them, how they can expect that their juniors will obey them. Normal feature with many Govt. servants to remain adamant as their services are guarateed upto retirement whereas politicians will come and go. No doubt few politicians are also egoistic, but in democracy this does not work. We need SWARAJ.
Politicians think the Public Servants are their servants as they imagine that they have got the people's support. The Officer can resign and become a Minister but the politician can never become an Officer or Administrator.
The minister who used his clout to transfer this lady is stupid. On TV too, he says "I have informed the CM" as if that ends all things. Shri Modi has to now reduce such "burdens" from BJP to get it working. Else you will see more Delhi and Bihars. Can you not sack this minister sir?
How dare she did not listen to the order of deshh-bhakt crimina1 BJP minister? She should have walked out immediately when the minister ordered her to get out. In fact, she should have been transferred to Pak1stan. She is lucky that she has been transferred within India. She should thank Modiji who specifically asked Khattar to show mercy on her, typical BetiBachao Ishshtyle.
In democratic set up people's representative are most important and any civil servant has no right to undermine his privilege and honor. If any elected representative is insulted then it is the insult of Indian citizen who has elected him.

Agreed Sir. You are right.
This lady who picked up an altercation with the minister has two qualifications:
Firstly, she belongs to the privileged class.
Secondly, being from IPS, she thought she is invincible and that she could get away with her misdemeanors.
The result is there for anyone to see.
Wearing the uniform, she should have understood about the discipline part of which is woefully lacking in this class of people. It is not uncommon to see people who have risen in their social strata to challenge anything and everything and anyone and everyone.
When one reads the full story, she invited the trouble herself and no tears should be shed for her.
In any case, she is assured of her pay and allowances even if she is a failure at a future date. She will certainly be a liability to the society but we have no choice!!

Go to Youtube and have a good look of the incidence. If you are not belongs to deaf and dumb brigade of bhaktas you will realise that the officer is absolutely right in his position to explain what they did to contain illegal sales of liquor. If the Minister is not happy with their performance he is free to take any remedial measure which if legal and permissible under the official rules and procedure. He has no right to say the officer 'get out' in public. He should not arrogate himself that he is there running his fathers tea shop and the officers reporting him are his domestic errands.
