by Sanjay Tomar on Nov 26, 2015 05:29 PM

Justice delay is justice denied. Many cased emerge keep on increasing because of anti people policy, corruption, inequality in society increasing, poverty , laws have loop hole to get misused etc. Many issue in society country can get solved lakhs of cases will get reduced will not come in court if Lokpal implemented to reduced corruption keep on increasing, Labour law not giving justification hence cases in labour court getting increase. In conclusion lakhs of case are based on similar issue , similar type can be reduced by making efficient law, giving justification to society is one of the such step court cases can be reduced in future. Supreme court, court should be independent doesn't mean they can take any judgement without any substance proof should have transparency to judge the court judgement.

A very -very informative and positive article in rediff.
The questions posed to the Supreme court judiciary are truly very urgent specially after the expiry of the date of public suggestions(13-11-15). I understand there are thousands of suggestions.
So now the Supreme court has to 'also' work like an executive-i.e working between tight schedule and delivering results. Can it do so ??
I will like to add one of my humble suggestion also-
every court should display monthly figure of cases carried forward, cases resolved, cases added and the net cases again carried forward to next month.
WE all look forward to fast actions by the honourable chief justice of India.

In haryana every day's proceedings of every judge is available on the web site. This is not so in UP. When judge does not take up cases, peshkar gives date and takes Rs 10 or more from litigant. Getting certified copies is another avenues of corruption. Why for everything an affidavit is reqd. In none of the cases, deponent has been convicted for false affidavit. pl consider these suggestions
