If government bungalows are to be converted then within a century no place would be left to live or run business in Delhi. Even existing memorials, and individual museums should be auctioned away to private party. Since one party's heros may be another party's villains sometime later no government should waste public resources in such frivolous things, let the public build them, not the Government. Otherwise it is indirect tax on citizens to implement leaders' or party's fancies.

In fact most bungalows in Lutyen's zone should be converted into center for knowledge and arts, science etc. Others may be converted into multistory ( up to permitted level) bungalows for Ministers and other senior from judiciary, defence bureaucracy etc. This government can bring about a fundamental change in the way this prome property is used.
