Environment
by arungopal agarwal on Nov 18, 2015 05:41 PM

Know only one thing, that environment people are hurdling all development, they must change the norms keeping in view India population and requirement, instead of blindly following Eureopean standards.
No one wants to talk on population control, else everyone is busy to talk as they mint money out of it.

People will prefer mindless development over environment
by siddharth pandey on Nov 18, 2015 05:02 PM  | Hide replies

People will prefer mindless development over environment until natural disaster happens. Kedarnath tragedy was one of the big examples. We cry for few months for any natural disaster and then back to pollute the environment.

Most important issue with environment is that based on spot collected data & that too, mainly over last 5-6 decades, the environment enthusiasts are trying to come up with conclusions but no positive solutions. What is the explanation as to why the dinosaurs got extinct - one answer is methane build up - then why it got built up million years back when there was no human activity?

A much needed move

Cracking down on foreign funded NGOs is one of the very few good things this Govt has done. These NGOs operate behind nice sounding alibis. Their real agenda is to weaken India's economic competetiveness in the Global arena.

There are many such NGOs, all working of issues which sound oh-so-very humanistic and politically corrct. But if you delve deep, you will see where that logic takes us. No Industrialisation, no mining, no power, no infrastaructure et al.

Take the so called child labour issue for instance. America's darling Satyarthi was given the Nobel Prize for what exactly? Something which even Gandhi didnt get! The conceot of child labour is misleading. Indian Indian artisan and agricultural households traditionally, the family is a socio- economic unit. Kids helped their parents in light work which kept the families going economically.
Now the handicrafts and carpet indsustries are finished thanks to these NGOs.

The Govt should next strike against the foreign funded Feminist NGOs. Their agenda is even more sinister. They are out to first weaken and then destroy India's society by dividing it veritcally..man against woman..

as regards child labor, most striking examples are Sachin Tendulkar & Lata Mangeshkar. Top of their profession, but never completed basic SSC!
What would have happened if they had been forced to concentrate on academic studies?

These kind of organisations are too numerous ,world level national and city level
The common man whose priority is eat two meals give good education to children does not bother about placards demos and paid news about these activities. This appeals to middle middle class and above. The social network sites like Awaaz change org doing good work to achieve victories
These green peace type of organisations are not needed for this country reeling under poverty filth and pollution manmade

There were over 2 million NGOs in India as of 2009.

Meanwhile there were only 45000 govt run primary schools in India.

Because the foreign govts are sponsoring them for their own nefarious purposes. Do not think that British or Americans are saints out to create a Utopian world!

Let us not forget that the British India company used Indian's internal divisions to gain control over India with a handful of soldiers( mercenaries in fact). In today's words, it was the first non- state actor gaining a complete country for its efforts!

If you believe in India You must believe in its law & Court. Anybody feels harassed, may try in court of Law. But remember one thing that every coin has two sides. Just show the other side

They are doing anti national work. They are telling their achievements and work they did. This is half truth. They did more damage than anyone else. Thanks we realized at last what damage they are doing and kicked them out.
