Just few years BJP was dead against this deal. Remember they threatened to bring manmohan govt. down because of this kind of deal. They forced government to face no confidence motion for it. Jai ho BJP
... he has ben signing nuclear deals left right and centre, something that they themselves opposed strongly when they were in their rightful place (opposition).
At this rate he could even sign a nuclear deal with the kingdom of tonga.

Next time modi should be careful not to announce packages. all states should be given pacakages. It is for the states to utilize them in a proper manner. Even richer states should be given their share, since we don't want these states to slip and go down the drain. There is no point in uplifting some states at the cost of others. Then there are states that really need money to extraordinary circumstances. AP needs to build capital city, only such requirements needed to be given as a package.
