Why the Government is not coming forward to take quick decisions on the Rapist that too in nerve city of Delhi. However, life imprisonment is not a good decision, as it was done in earlier occasions, Rapists have been hanged in India, similar action should be taken now also in the case of Uber Cab driver's case. Rapists should not be shown sympathy at any cost, immediate action and decision should be taken in such cases in future and hanging punishment should be pronounced so that in future such incidents will be under control of Police authorities in India at all. For the crime of Rape, Castration along with life imprisonment and for the crime of Rape and Murder, Capital Punishment should be the norm hence forth !! Fast and Quick !!

I don't know what would happen to the person getting these transplants or distributed to others - many more yadav's on the prowl then, right ;)
On a lighter note, I've heard most accounts in Indian Judicial systems that : It is NOT the one who is punished is guilty, the one's really guilty are NEVER the ones to be caught: quite true for our netas; I don't know in this case - so does make me sceptic.
