Shame less people
by anil sood on Feb 28, 2017 01:43 PM

People taking refuge by calling the system intolerant. Better these people go to Pakistan and show this type of dissent? You talk all type of non sense and expect the people and state to tolerate? Enough is enough? they should be given back in the worst possible manner.

The new intollerance
by Parthasarathy Krishna on Dec 03, 2015 09:19 AM  | Hide replies

If you watch the parliament functioning barring few legislators esp. From the opposition bench of Cong is personified with intolerance, and BJP though has been advised by top brass to restrain, but the top brasses themselves have to restrain themselves. Ms. Serra Cong MP was narrating that she was asked her caste in Dwaraka by the priest? And Jaitley n co asking her questions, probing the matter n making it worse!! Cong is out to poke BJP and BJP is falling prey. So called intolerance growing!!

Tolerence

Before elections too, these things happened. When Sharad Pawar was hit by a person in crowd, and similarly many other leaders faced humiliation by throwing of chappals, ink, colors, etc nobody raised this issue. Everybody has woken up suddenly today.

Intolerance

We need legislation to bar all politicians to contest election who are spreading hate for caste, religion or region. Heaven will not fall if such public figures are punished by law.

I wonder where were all these talks of tolerance and intolerence were, when Taslima Nasrin was denied visa by Indian govt. and when Salman rushdie was not allowed to speak even on video to journalists in Jaipur, it seems all this freedom is required to speak and act against Hindus only.

INTORLANCE
by CADPAG on Nov 06, 2015 01:54 PM

Some Indian media, controlled by businessmen, politicians, govt. bureaucrats, are facing criticism for biased, motivated reporting, and selective presentation. Recently, after the devastating Earth quake in Nepal on 25 April 2015, in spite of India helping, tweets from Nepal trended effectively saying, "Go home, Indian Media".[34] Journalists cover Businessmen, Filmstars & other Intentional topics more for TRP. Disturbed by corruption, Delhi chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal suggested on 3 May 2015 to have public trial of Indian Media.[35][36][37] On 8 May 2015, I & B Minister, Arun Jaitley echoed similar saying "Flood of channels but dearth of facts".[38][39] Off late a lot of mainstream media channels have been accused of printing and telecasting unverified and biased news which they retracted later. In few instances content from Twitter's parody accounts were cited as a source. Indian mainstream media has often been accused for showing sensationalized news items
