is far from truth itself, in our courts, because, the executive, the press and the politicians and now also the public always like falsehood so as to suit every ones own interests. He never worked in Delhi, yet, we are going on telling he worked in Delhi. Now he says he was wrongly implicated by police as they could not get the real criminal. In fact he should proceed against the police and the hospital for ruining his life!
What were the police doing all this while? Sleeping? Now after 40 years they are going after a man who HAS ALREADY BEEN TRIED AND JAILED AND FREED. One cannot be tried for the same crime twice. You do not require "exper opinion" to know this.

FIR must be filed as murder section 302 of INDIAN PENAL CODE as police failed to file that section 40 years ago now police must correct their blunders? very pity that most of the courts let criminals escape death penalties?
