Writing Articles is very easy but doing something is hard. If Modi ji want to do something, Opposition oppose & politician misguide the public.
Rediff should put the suggestions forward instead asking from PM. That is what constructive journalism all about but we have unqualified people in every walk of life.
The ISIS has got 3billion dollars in assets. They have 3.5 lacs personnel with them. Syria, iraq are under their control. They are attacking practically all muslim countries. They are threat all over the world. They should have been contained long time. The countries that are showing medium or low risk will turn into higher risks later on. Only the developing countries in asia are shown as high risk. Whereas south america shows medium term risk.

Rediff should find out how Congress for 60 years and Sonia for 10 years countered it so that we can appreciate what Modi is doing or going to do..
