First he used anna then bukhari and muslims then his caste ppl. He can even abuse. His thinking is just to cut rate. No development thinking. For wifi he roped in ppl cunningly. did drama as if he was fighting corruption but made govt with the help of corrupts. Again he is trying to be in the group of corrupts. Let us see how far he can go.
