From the forum can tell that there are 49 major muslim countries in world. Are they allowing any type of freedom to their citizens. Are they allowing freedom of speech? Are they allowing eating publicly by other people during ramazan? Are they allowing pork there? then why question to other countries?

So thats a Justification for India a Multicultural Ancient country to be like those countries. Those are countries founded on Narrow ideologies. India is Not. India is a Great Nation and we do not want to see it go that way.

Religion is once faith or belief, not necessary that son has to follow the faith of the father, there is no legal prohibition?

That means you cannot force your beliefs on your father but you should politely listen what he says. Now you understood?
The cattle should also not put to any hard labor like working fields for drawing water, ploughing,. Bullock carts should be banned. Government should provide tractors to farmers free to plough their lands. Old age homes should be built, dedicated vetinary doctors should be on 24x7 stand by. Cattle should not roam on the roads. 24x7 black cat commandoes should be deployed in the shelters guarding the cattles.
All other states should be follow too, Beef ban should be strictly implemented, exports should immediately stopped.

President of Russia once commented on moronic acts of minority that "We dont need minority, minority needs us. Hence adapt yourself to customs, traditions and rule of the Land"

When you say "rule of the land," I mean it Constitution, which is supreme than anything else and majority would agree me what I mean by that! So, custom and tradition are man made, if law validates it by bypassing Constitution then there is ambiguity in such law!

How many citations you need with respect to null and void of laws passed by assembly, parliament and given assent by the President for it. Courts go by fountain of justice i.e. Constitution of the country, not by emotions?

If laws can be changed as per like of people and time then why not the rules mentioned in desert book?
No constitution on the earth gives fundamental right to their citizens to kill other animals. If some cannibals protest that eating human is their fundamental right is it ok?
Re: Fundamental right

So you say since the enactment of Indian Constitution, whatever animals killed for consumption and consumed by millions were illegal, which shows your understanding of Constitution! By the way someone who eats human flesh called cannibal, not the person who eat beef, meat, fish....

Not illegal but WRONG !! In my view animal killing is also a crime and eating them just for taste is a sin...!! Those having flesh of innocent animals are good as cannibal. Here you are advocating against the ban. Do have audacity to advocate pork consumption likewise in Pakistan? They will slaughter you in Broad Day light. Only in India, the traitors like you have liberty to shout?
