No body is serious about releasing the INDIAN prisinors . I don't know why GOVT does not take action ? They loud their voice against intolerance but do nothing . Its PITY situation .
Government PLEASE BRING THEM BACK. Because somewhere we all are responsible for their situation. If India would have been a rich and self-sustained nation then may be this would have not happen to many of those.
Most disturbing fact is that fishermen get caught in the international waters without knowing that they are aliens in others territory! The government should come out with some sophisticated yet cheap device which would alert fishermen before they cross the border. This will certainly prevent 1000s of our fishermen from getting apprehended in other country for trespass.

I think India have provided GPRS to every boat.In fact Srilankan Govt is being blamed frequently by TN politicians than the fishermen i.e doing politics. It is understood that Indian fishermen are being restricted to not to use trawlers in Srilankan territory whereas it is being restricted and make huge cry over Indian as well as Srilankan Govts.
