The narration in a video covrage how a girl reacted during the forceful intercourse, rape, will not do any good to the humanity; or the rapist is claiming that the girl would not be killed if allowed them without protest. What good the statement of rapist will do to our country of neo-feminists. Read the Fan Club by Irving Wallace and know how a rape occurs everywhere; and if it can it be minimized!

Excellent Arup, we need a solution and not the slogans...
1. Forceful intercourse is a sin to be thought in the school, religion and family
2. "The girl would not be killed if allowed them without protest" - These guys would have been directed towards a prostitution areas if that was made legal, rather attempting someone on the street
Judicial and Police cannot provide a solution, they can only control such incidents to certain extent. This is a physiological and social problem have to be dealt carefully for a long term workable solution
Tokyo, Japan has the lowest rate of Forceful intercourse which can be studied for implementing a better solution
Main reason for increase in Rape in India is due to the fact that our courts are inefficient.A straight case like nirbhay case is going on for more than 2 years and still dragging on .If the case that have come under such huge attention is going on like this what about lacs of other cases.Justice delayed is not just justice denied but also subjecting the victim to long trauma.Such long duration will help the criminals to go free.Our Judges and advocates are used to sit over cases for decades but are the witness of the case ready for such waste of time.Does evidences last for decades considering our ill-equipped police forces?

WHY THE CASE WENT ON FOR 2 YEARS -- WHEN THE CRIMNALS ARE KNOWN -- THE CASE COULD BE FINISHED IN ONE MONTH FLAT .. I THINK THE INDIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS FORMED TO employ the LAWYERS so that they can earn money and run their famalies on a few cases which go on for 20 to 25 years without any satisfactory results - then the case continues In high court and them supreme court till the life of a person ends . TAREEK PE TAREEK , HA HA HA what a joke of justice . ALL FOOLS PARADISE .

rape cases? TADA took 20 years to convict Sanjau Dutt? In a high profile case which shook Mumbai and India, court takes 20 years. It is said justice delayed is equal to justice denied.

the monster in the delhi case is under 18 so even the member of parliament are afraid to amend laws to reduce age of adult from 18 to 16 as many of the sons and grand sons of at least one member will be put behind the bars for new law if they amend such is worst situation of 14 age to 18 boys due to internet addiction cable tv it is chaotic situation even for parents now

G0ds and G0ddesses are immortal and they live in Heaven, They don't have Death, Ageing and disease - Unlike us the mortal human beings who are lower order creatures in comparison by every possible standard.
If you can call Every Indian Woman as a G0ddess, then why can't you call Every Indian Male as a Male G0d ?????

Reasons could be:#1.In the last decade the amount of free pornography materials in the internet, allowing young men get excited, when they should focusing all their energies in their studies .Hence we as a nation must block all free web sites which show naked women,& sexual acts. Here women themselves can play a major role in requesting the women folk to stop this act. Alternately our country can pass a law making prostitution LEGAL so that men &women will be responsible for their act in their own environment at costs mutually agreed.#2.Again women folk can ask the actresses not to do intimate scenes, wear revealing dresses, stop posing in revealing dresses in the name of FREEDOM OF CHOICE, for ,there is a price for your choice.#3.If still they want to reveal , then they can make certified "X’ rated movies shown at designated places .Lastly, it is the women who can eradicate this menace to a large extent, with the active support of their brothers ,the society &law enforcement agencies
