These law makers should be punished at par with the common consumer.A huge fine should be imposed on each of them since they have enacted the law against defaults and thus should set an example for others to follow.
with these indian politicians is that they genuinely feel that they own the country because they once RULED? it. these guys must be penalised by 1000 times the money they owe. anyway they may not feel the pinch because even that money was never theirs in the first place.
It seems that there are different types of laws and rules for VIPs and common man in India. Had such default been made by an ordinary citizen, his or her electricity/water connection would have disconnected long back. All the persons mentioned in the list financially sound and thus it is to be presumed that the default has been made willfully. There should not be further delay to collect the entire outstanding along with upto date penal interest.

This is an opportunity of CM Kejriwal fo demand good citizen's response from EX PM Presidents of all political parties to set them right.
