Ordinance for land bill. Not for PPP but for Govt. projects. Roads are built by PPP airports by PPP. industries by PPP infrastructure by PPP. all the government employees take leave rest and enjoy pass the bill and do no work and are supervisors. Tell me one government employee who takes responsibility to do something. If the land act is only for the government projects then let the govenemnet employees go to work in the fields and errection purpose. why are PSU sick. why are thousands of government employees taking their work happy. More than 80 % of the development is done through PPP.
1. There has to be a balance between development and protection.
2. In democracy people get elected or rules changes based on majority (more than 50% vote). 80% consent may not happen, even if it for an extremely good cause.
3. Compensation has not been changed
4. Quality of education is very poor in villages and tribal areas. To improve quality of education, private educational institutes can play vital role. private education institutes can be set-up in tribal areas. Who is going to provide the land?
5. It is just not education, there is lack of progress in rural/tribal areas. It is necessary to spread the development.
6. Ways to killll this country. a) give unwanted subsidies and make people lazy. e.g.: MNREGA schema
b) create unnecessary hurdles when you want to procure defense equipment (UPA had done it)

Read the provisions of the amendment to the Land act that the Modi government is trying to make into law !!
Read fully and comment.
They are trying to make an already bad law (made badly by the UPA) worse !
Similarly, all cacophony about ache din aside, Narendra Modi, Jaitley and the BJP just cannot hide their determined agenda for taking large areas of the farmers' lands and handing them over to their masters - the Mittals, the Adanis, the Ambanis, etc.
